Elegant Kiwi Homes was founded with a clear vision: to create homes that reflect not just structure and design, but also the values, culture, and aspirations of the people who live in them.
Ivan Presquito brought to the business years of experience in finance, business strategy, and a deep passion for building something meaningful. He holds formal qualifications in Accounting, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Business and Carpentry in New Zealand—giving him a unique blend of commercial insight and hands-on construction expertise. Ivan immersed himself in the building industry—not just from an office, but on-site, learning every aspect of the trade.
Alongside him is his wife and co-founder, Elizabeth Presquito, whose expertise plays a vital role in guiding our clients through the legal side of homeownership. Elizabeth studied in New Zealand and holds a Diploma in Legal Executive Studies and a Diploma in Conveyancing. Her deep understanding of property law ensures that our clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout every stage of the process—from contracts to compliance.
Together, they shared a belief that homes should be more than functional—they should tell a story.
